Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia are debilitating for a person and heartbreaking for loved ones to witness. Claremont Center in Point Pleasant, NJ, recently participated in the Alzheimer’s New Jersey fundraising campaign to create awareness of this disease.
We raised money for their campaign by purchasing circle of support stickers and raffle tickets in our front lobby. We also participated in the annual Alzheimer New Jersey walk held on the Point Pleasant boardwalk.
Claremont Center is always ready to lend a hand in any cause that impacts our residents. We remain focused on assisting in any way we can to defeat this progressive disease and provide quality care for individuals diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease and other debilitating dementias.
In the upcoming months, Claremont Center will be expanding our services to include a dedicated memory care wing to our building. We are excited for this new addition and embrace the opportunity to offer this specialized care wing. Claremont Center will continue to find ways to do our part in supporting the fight to end Alzheimer’s.
